Lucius Best, also known as Frozone, is a fictional superhero appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics. Created by writer Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby, the character first appeared in Fantastic Four #52 (July 1966).

Lucius Best is a close friend and ally of the Fantastic Four, and is often called upon to help them fight their enemies. He is a skilled ice-skater and has the ability to generate and control ice, which he uses to create weapons and shields.
